• 1972 - Land Sandblasting and Painting, Inc. was founded by Leo Land.
  
• 1996 -Mike Land purchased the company from his father.

• Since 2014 -Land Industrial Services started expanding at a fast pace and continues to grow as more business acquisitions are solidified.
  
• July 2019 - ​​Our company changed its name to Land Industrial Services to better promote the wide variety of services we provide.

Leo Land founded Land Sandblasting and Painting, Inc. back in 1972 when he saw a need for quality, dependable craftsmanship in the industrial construction field. He setup his company for a successful road ahead, and his son, Mike Land continues in his footsteps.

Kolby Land

Kolby is our General Superinetendent and Project Manager. He takes charge of a multi-men crew and exemplifies leadership and integrity on the job, ensuring a successful project from start to finish.

Paula Land 

Paula takes care of all of the business accounting, payroll, bids, etc. You name it, she does it! She is an excellent team leader with a positive attitude and amazing work ethic. She is a vital part of the LIS team.

Joey and Brandon are two of our Superintendents who are very reliable and responsible for following policies and safety procedures on the job. They ensure project activities are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
